AI customer service platform for SMEs
Our AI customer service platform answers routine questions on your website, day and night. It hands over to a person when a question needs one. And it checks the quality of every conversation, so you see what customers ask and where your answers fall short.
Founder-led since 2012 · ECCCSA top-3 in Europe · Built by operators, not vendors
Why we built it
SMEs get two poor choices. Low-cost chat tools pass messages along and tell you nothing about how to improve. Research on real chatbot conversations shows how often they miss what a customer meant. The AI customer service software that does check quality and find gaps is built for enterprise contact centres with their own QA teams, and priced that way.
So we built the middle: a platform that does the daily work of a customer service operations team, sized for SMEs and pre-loaded so it works on day one.
What it does
Customers write the way they talk. The platform understands what they mean and replies only from the information you gave it. It doesn’t guess about prices, delivery areas or allergens.
When a question is outside what it knows, or too important to guess, it says so and passes the customer to a person, with a summary of the conversation so far. Customers who leave can get the answer by email.
Customer service quality assurance without a QA team. Conversations are scored, both the AI’s answers and the hand-overs, and the results sit in a plain-language dashboard.
A regular gap analysis lists the questions customers asked that it couldn’t answer, so you know exactly what to add next.
How it works
No code. No IT project. Set-up takes two working days, then your 14-day trial starts.
Create an account and tell us what kind of business you run.
Your industry package already holds the questions customers usually ask. A short form adds your own answers. Edit anything, add your own.
Add one line of code to your website. Your first weekly numbers arrive seven days later.
Industry packages for online stores, SaaS and apps, restaurants, hotels and B&Bs, estate agents, online courses, marketing agencies and accountants. Other industries on request.
You stay in charge
You decide what it knows, what it must hand over, and what it should never attempt. You see every conversation in your dashboard. And you can pause it at any time: your FAQ and a way to reach your team stay on your site.
The AI is a language tool. It reads your information before it answers and builds its reply from that. It can’t send payments, change your prices or learn things you didn’t give it.
AI disclosure
Since 2 August 2026, EU law requires chat assistants to say they are AI from the first message. The platform does this on every plan, in your customer’s language. Customers who know they’re talking to AI tend to ask clearer questions, and they know a person is one message away.
Designed to meet the transparency obligation in Article 50 of the EU AI Act.
Two ways to run it
For SMEs with their own support people. The platform answers the routine questions and hands the rest to your team, with quality checks and gap analysis on every plan. Industry package and set-up included.
Start a 14-day trialFor businesses that want the hand-overs handled for them. On the higher plans, our support team takes the conversations that need a person, in your customer’s language. We review your languages, hours, industry and volumes first, then propose cover priced for your situation.
Request a team reviewPlans
Customer service software for small business should not come with surprise invoices. Every plan includes the full platform: AI answers on your website, your industry package, AI disclosure, hand-overs and weekly numbers. Plans differ by how many conversations are included each month, with a free buffer for busy months.
When you near your included conversations, we email you with your options: pause the AI at the end of your buffer, or keep it running and pay per conversation above it.
The principle behind it
Customers don’t want to be brushed off by automation. They want the right answer, and a real person when it counts. That is how we use AI in customer service: to make good service faster and sharper, never to stand between your customer and someone who can help. AI takes the routine questions so your people can take the ones that need judgement.
Two working days to set up, then 14 days to try it with your real customers.
